How long do I access purchased products? Are your updates free?
Purchased products can be accessed for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates are provided to customers free of cost for 12 months after the purchase.
How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on monthly basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our Questions & Answers to accurately reflect the current exams.
How do I receive my updates?
Last updated date is written next to all exams, which tells you when the exam was updated.
There has been an update but when I downloaded it, I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.
Your products sound interesting, but I'd like to try before I buy. Do you have any demos?
Yes we do. On our samples page you will find examples of our Practice exams. There are samples of several exams from all the certificates we cover. Furthermore, samples can be provided on request. Please, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and state which sample you would like to receive.

How do I pay for the products?
Online by using the credit card or via PayPal. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for downloading. There is no extra charge.

Select the appropriate products from the website products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Click 'Checkout' and then 'Pay Now' buttons. You will be directed to a secure page. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. You will have to register before purchasing any product.
I have made an online purchase. Where are the purchased products?
The purchased products are available at your Member's Area.
Here is the procedure to download your products:
- Go to www.allexamskit.com
- Enter e-mail and password
- Click on Login
- Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Just click the links.
Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt.
Should I keep the receipt?
Yes, we recommend you should keep the receipt and not throw it away. It might be needed later, for example if the exam is retired and replaced with another exam.
How do I access the product after the purchase?
The product is made available for download in your Member's Area for 12 months after the purchase.
- Log in to member area
- Click the appropriate product, for example Microsoft 70-270.
- The download will start automatically.

How are the goods delivered?
All purchases are downloaded from the internet. You will have access to your purchases in 1-10 minutes after we receive your money.
How do I return the products I have purchased?
As all products are delivered in digital format. It is not possible to return the goods.
